Curries of All Types

Curries are a huge part of Thai cuisine and vary from the mild coconut curries that stem from the Royal kitchens of Central Thailand to the super spicy curries originating in the north and south of the country.

Curries that originated in India, Indonesia and Malaysia have been adapted and become more common across the country but especially in more affluent and well populated areas.

You’ll find mostly Thai curries here but also some that have been adapted from elsewhere.
